Our client - an established membership body is looking for an experienced Product Development Manager.

This is a full-time and permanent post.
Hybrid: home-working blended with working out of our client’s London offices.
Starting salary: ca £53k + great benefits

The role

The purpose of this role is to support development and implementation of a strategy for a range of products supporting organisation's membership, commercial activity, and charitable objectives. In addition to spearheading the development of new proposals, you will be also responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle for a portfolio of existing products and services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make a tangible impact and contribute to shaping this area of the organisation.

Our client is particularly interested in candidates who have strong experience in new product development and managing the full product lifecycle, and business case development for new products.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate will:

Have extensive new product development experience, ideally within publishing sector or membership organisation
Strong project management skills
Experience of managing and developing a product portfolio
Experience of developing business cases for new products
Experience in strategy development and implementation
Good financial management skills
Budget management experience
Be an excellent communicator, and at ease in developing relationships with both technical and commercial individuals. Relationship management skills are vital in this role
