Experience of leading change programmes
Or, if you are a regional/manager level with:
A strong understanding and expertise in your area/region
Evidence of: relationship management; project management; process development; development of CPD and member engagement programmes; data analysis
Or, if you are currently a 'Membership Engagement Officer/Executive' with:
Good knowledge and understanding of the membership function within an organisation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
