Are you ready for a challenge that combines HR expertise with a touch of humour and compassion? We're on the lookout for an exceptional HR Generalist to join our client on a 6-month contract, playing a pivotal role in the restructuring of key departments.
Full time fixed term contract - 6 months
Salary range of £45,000 - £48,000 (pro-rated)
Hybrid: home-working, blended with an average of 2 days per week in beautiful central London offices.
Our client is looking for someone with a notice period of maximum 1 month

This HR generalist role involves navigating complex paperwork and consultations with finesse.
You will need to tackle uncomfortable conversations with confidence and care and manage unique situations with tact and empathy, by bringing your Employee Relations (ER) skills to the forefront .
This role will suit perfectly someone with a diverse HR generalist experience, such as recruitment, learning & development, etc.
Qualities We're Looking For:
Confidentiality: A guardian of sensitive information.
HR generalist Experience: Preferably from a non-profit background.
Communication Skills: Comfortable discussing restructuring with a caring touch.
Sense of Humour: Because in HR, laughter is the best medicine!
