 Location : Westminster , London

Hybrid : Attend office occasionally (event dependant)

Contract : Perm

Hours : 36.25 (additional occasionally)

Salary : £38,000 Per annum + Excellent Benefits

They require an Assessor training and Engagement Lead to develop and deliver a programme that ensures reviewers and assessors are recruited and trained and that they remain competent and engaged. The role involves overseeing the programme from application through to training and continual engagement of assessors and volunteers.

 Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate they are a creative thinker and have a critical eye. You must be a self-starter and an excellent communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people.


Key Accountabilities :

-          Provide excellent customer service to current reviewers and assessors

-          Maintain reviewer recruitment and responsibilities

-          Agree targets for reviewer recruitment and work with the marketing team to develop and deliver an effective reviewer recruitment campaign

-          Ensure training packs are current and effective

-          Review CPD and engagement responsibilities

-          Develop and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation

-          Manage the designated budget for programme related expenditure


Key Skills :

-          Event Planning (budgeting, logistics, management & coordination)

-          Data analysis

-          Reporting & evaluation

-          Proficient in MS Office

-          Database management ( CRM )

-          Knowledge of Visio and MS Project

Key Experiences:

-          Excellent customer service

-          Strong written , verbal, and digital media skills

-          Some quality assurance/control techniques

-          Liaising with customers / stakeholders

-          Data analysis and reporting


Desirable :

-          Experience of creating training material is desirable

-          Experience of project management of small scale projects
