Hybrid: home majority / office just 4 days a month | £32,000.00 - 36,000.00 Per Annum

We are excited to work with our client – a prestigious membership organisation, one of its kind in the world. Established in 1970s, and a registered charity, they develop qualifications and deliver learning opportunities, conduct research and provides knowledge and resources for their members and professional community.


This client’s membership base is growing year on year and looks likely to grow to a size of around 40k in the short term.

The membership is comprised of individual members and corporate partners, both of which are spanned through 128 countries around the globe.

Their community of members and volunteers are highly engaged, actively involved in planning and delivering events, contributing to research, creating thought leadership content for our website, mentoring, judging our awards, etc.


The role

Contract:       Full time, permanent role

Location:       hybrid working pattern – home-based combined with 4 times a month in their office in South-East of England

Salary:           £32,000-£36,000


The main purpose of this high-impact role is to support the policy and public affairs work by running the academic research programme, ensuring that it provides meaningful impact in the academic world and advances organisation’s charitable objectives.
 

Obviously, our client is looking for someone who already has experience of running a research programme, has a good understanding of the academic research techniques and methodologies, and the ability to manage and deliver long term research projects.

 
You will work with internal and external stakeholder to:

-        Deliver the academic research strategy

-        Support core products and services with a research informed evidence base

-        Support development of world leading research with academics, professional researchers and think tanks

-        Disseminate innovative research to members and external stakeholders, through coordinated engagement, ensuring maximum impact of academic research

-        Develop plans for and monitoring impact of academic research and highlighting future opportunities.
