Regional Coordinator

The Role

Contract: Permanent /36.25 Hrs a week

Location: Hybrid Model (Westminster office) An estimated once every fortnight in the office.

Salary:  £26,000

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they are an experienced administrator who has the capability to organise, coordinate and represent our client in front of its stakeholders.  They will support the events team, liaising with senior delegates and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will need to possess strong administration, interpersonal/communication, and organisational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

o   1st Point of contact for the region. Senior Management Team  & members/volunteers

o   Update information on regional websites

o   Venue/Travel/Accommodation booking

o   Administrative support

o   Management of SharePoint/Teams channels

o   Maintain good working relationships with all other Regional Coordinators and Teams

o   Support the Regional Director with collation of reports on Business plan and budgets

o   Maintain Regional accounts in a timely manner and stay within budgetary limits

o   Good Office management practices

o   Diary Management

o   Venue Negotiation, finalising contracts , liaise with suppliers


The Candidate: 

To be considered for this role you will need to possess experience of supporting a team with strong organisational skills evident.

The successful candidate must have:

o   Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, excel, Word)

o   Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

o   Equivalent to 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above with appropriate secretarial/business training is desirable.

o   Experience in Events and dealing with volunteers is desirable but not essential.

o   Some experience of database input is desirable but not essential
