The Role:
They are seeking a talented Events Executive to take the lead in delivering outstanding event management across the organisation. You will oversee the full spectrum of event operations, including seminars, conferences, lectures, and dinners—whether online, in-person, or hybrid. You'll ensure all events meet budgetary requirements and maintain high standards throughout. A key responsibility will be managing the attendee experience, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in event management, coupled with a passion for delivering seamless events. You should have in-depth knowledge of the delegate registration process and an exceptional eye for detail, along with outstanding organisational abilities.
Key Details:
· Salary: £38,000 + benefits
· Full-time, permanent role
· Location: Hybrid role, with approx. 2 days per week in the London office + some availability for evenings to attend events.
Key Skills and Experience:
· Strong events management (including online events), customer service and communication skills
· Experience sourcing suppliers/venues
· Good writing and proofreading skills
· Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
· Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and touch typing
· Experience with a central membership database
