£55,000.00 Per Annum

Our client, an internationally acclaimed non-profit and educational provider, is now hiring for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role offers:
- Permanent, full time contract
- Hybrid working
- Salary at £50,000/annum
- Flexi-time
- 10% Employer pension contribution
- 25 Days annual leave, plus public holidays, with the option to buy up to 5 days additional annual leave
The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of the project to scope, timeline, cost and quality expectation. This includes day to day project management operational activities for projects globally across the organisation. The job holder ensures that all project deliverables, budgetary structures, governance and reporting requirements are adhered to in accordance with project sponsor expectations and guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the project planning, and day to day global project management of multiple projects, delivering on the project outcomes to the sponsor and the organisation as a whole.
- Develop schedule with associated milestones and deliverables in accordance project scope, ensuring that progress is monitored and documented.
- Assure governance and quality of the project, including adoption of methodologies, tools, standards and processes.
- Lead project teams, creating a culture of high performance.
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
- University degree in related discipline, e.g. Education, Computer Science, Data Science desirable.
- Possess knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies and evidence of professional development, foundation qualification in a project management methodology (e.g.
Prince2, PMBOK) as well as knowledge of differing delivery methods such as Waterfall and agile.
- Have extensive project management experience, ideally including successful project implementations with an IT budget of at least USD 2m.
- Preference given for experience in educational or not-for-profit settings.
