If so, this may be a perfect role for you!

We’re working with a prominent professional body to appoint an Internal Communications Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a key role supporting a major organisational transformation programme - focusing on cultural repositioning, digital modernisation, and office relocation. If you're passionate about employee engagement and thrive during periods of change, we’d love to hear from you.

The organisation supports a global network of professionals. Their work spans public engagement, education, professional development, and advocacy - playing a vital role in shaping their sector’s future.

  • Oversee and improve internal channels to ensure messages are timely, accessible, and well received.
  • Manage one direct report

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record delivering internal communications during periods of change or restructuring.
  • Experience working in a complex or matrixed organisation - ideally within the not-for-profit, cultural, or heritage sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working at leadership level.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
  • Experience running staff meetings, campaigns, and managing internal comms channels.
