Product Manager (Training)

 

Our client, a well-established professional body, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage and expand their training portfolio.




This is a full-time and permanent post.

Hybrid: home-working blended with working out of our client’s London offices.

Starting salary: ca £45k + good benefits




The role

Training Product Manager will drive the growth of our client’s training solutions portfolio. In this role, you’ll turn market insights into new product opportunities, managing the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch. Partnering with industry experts, you’ll deliver impactful solutions while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and of exceptional quality.




Candidate profile

Good knowledge and understanding of the full product development lifecycle

Demonstrated success in launching training products effectively

Expertise in instructional design and training development

Proven ability to create and deliver commercial training solutions

Hands-on experience with designing and implementing online learning programs

Skilled in coordinating and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Extensive experience working within the training and education sector
